Delivery & Returns

Rental Cancellation & Return Policy
All rental orders require a valid credit card to hold an order. Rental orders cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery or pick-up date will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery or pick-up date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee (refund will be given less than the cancellation fee).

If garments were delivered, customer is responsible for any additional fees that may have been required.

Garments are due back the next business day (Monday through Friday) after use by closing. Garments returned late are subject to a $25 per day late fee.

Loss & Damage
Any loss or damage of any of the rented items, including (but not limited to), shoes, jacket, pants, shirt, studs, cuff links, vests, cummerbund, bow ties, neck ties, hats, suspenders, or pocket squares, is the full responsibility of the customer, and will be billed at the retail cost of the item or items lost or at the cost of repair.

Return of Purchased Item or Items
 Purchases must be returned within 7 days, and must be new, unused, and unaltered to receive a full refund. After 7 days but within 30 days, store credit will be issued for all new, unused, and unaltered merchandise returned. Certain items are final sale such as studs, cufflinks, ties, vests, cummerbunds, and suspenders.
